From the unveiling moment to guest reactions, I capture the energy and branding that go into a new product or service reveal: media interactions, product displays, and the atmosphere around them. The Campari presentation at the InterContinental ran as a full activation, with masterclasses and tastings to photograph alongside the launch itself.

Gala Dinners and Award Ceremonies

Elegant venues, speeches, the handshake and the trophy, and the unplanned moments between guests. An award is handed over once and never again, so I take position before the presentation starts and work quietly enough not to interrupt the evening.

Trade Shows and Exhibition Stands

Stand photography your marketing team can actually use: the build, the branding, staff in conversation with visitors, and the product in someone's hands. I photographed the RAF exhibition opening at Taguspark, where the stands and the opening night ran together.

On-Site Headshot Studio

A compact lighting set-up in a corner of the venue, so delegates and staff leave with a professional portrait for LinkedIn and the company website. It runs alongside the main coverage, and it is usually the part of the day people talk about afterwards.

Speakers and Keynotes

A usable portrait of every speaker on stage, in good light, with the screen and branding readable behind them. Speakers publish these images themselves, which is how event photography travels furthest from the room it was taken in.

Workshops and Training Sessions

Candid shots of interaction, collaboration, and teaching moments. These photos are great for internal reporting and show your company culture in action.

Grand Openings and Venue Launches

A new office, store or space opening its doors: the ribbon, the first guests, and the details somebody spent months on. The Ooh La La salon opening in Lisbon was exactly that kind of day.

What a Multi-Day Event Costs

Event coverage is priced by the hour, and the rate falls the longer you book. Past eight hours in a single day the day is discounted rather than counted hour by hour, and when the event runs across several days a multi-day rate applies on top of that.
